The Nutraceutical and herbal active ingredient manufacturing facility occupies a built up area of 1500 sq meters. The facility has been built according to cGMP standards.
- The total extraction capacity of the facility is 75 metric tons of raw herbs a month allowing us to handle large orders.
- The powder processing and product finishing areas have been built in a way allowing us to process and package multiple products without any cross contamination.
- The powder processing and finishing zone has restricted access and is temperature controlled.
- The HVAC controls the air quality and allows us to package the products in a clean and sterile environment.
