Boswellia Serrata Extract is extracted from the gum residue of the Boswellia Serrata Tree (Indian Frankinscense). The major portion of Boswellia Serrata Extract comprises of Boswellic Acids which are a series of Pentacyclic Triterpenes. These pentacyclic triterpenes have a potent anti-inflammatory effect by inhibiting the 5 Lipoxygenase enzyme.
The anti inflammatory effect of Boswellic Acid makes it an important ingredient for cosmetic formulations. The anti inflammatory effects of Boswellia Serrata Extract support anti inflammatory and anti elastase activity.
The product is available in a powder or granular powder form in packing of 25 kilograms HDPE drums.

Withania Somnifera (Ashwagandha) Extract
Withania Somnifera extract is extracted from the leaves, roots and stems of the withania somnifera plant. The major portion of Withania Somnifera Extract comprises of Glycowithanolides.
